Yan'an cadre college was designed by China Building
Northwest Design Institute ,supervised by Weapon supervision company and
Shaanxi Engineering Supervision Company,constructed by Shaanxi Engineering Group Corporation .The second
construction company was one of the main participating units.Tang Jianmin was
the company's project manager. The project started on July 11, 2003, and was
completed and accepted on March 20,2005, total duration of which was 558 days.
The project has been rated as "Shaanxi Provincial and Civilized
Construction Site", "National Project Management Outstanding
Achievement award", "Shaanxi New Technology Demonstration
Project",and won Shaanxi Quality Engineering "Chang'an Cup", the
"Luban prize" in China Construction Engineering in 2006.
