Weinan postal integrated building was located in the
southeast corner of the Dongfeng Road and West Road’s intersection point in
Weinan Development Zone. It was invested
by the Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Postal and Weinan City Post
Office,constructed by Shaanxi Province, the second construction company , and
the project manager was Liao Wenfang. The project started in February 18,1997 ,
and was completed on December 15, 1998 .In 1999 ,it won the Shaanxi Provincial
Department of Construction ,Shaanxi Province Quality Engineering "Chang'an
cup.
