government , was designed by
Architectural Design and Research Institute, Tianjin city, supervised by
Tianjin Jianhua engineering consulting management company ,general contracted
by Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group Corporation, constructed by company
second branch company, and the project manager was Cao Yunlong, It started on December 3
2008,was completed on September 2 2009,
was accepted by Shaanxi Provincial Civilized Site in May 2009 , In August,it
was awarded as Shaanxi Province Construction Quality Structural Engineering,
New Technology Application Demonstration Project.In June of 2010 ，it won
the Quality Structure of Shaanxi Provincial "Chang'an Cup" award.
